Furniture and Styling is the often-forgotten element that brings the occupants personality and comfort into the space. It's being surrounded by the everyday objects that serve you. either functionally or sensory, that create a house into a home. Whether following on from a full Interior Design package or as a stand-alone service, our furniture curation follows a six-step design process where we source and procure all furniture, objects, and art to suit your brief and lifestyle.
We source and procure pieces from Australian and International crafters, artisans, and makers, ensuring an outcome that is purpose fit to your needs and weaves a story of your innate style and history. Once sourced and selected, we then handle all the ordering and delivery coordination phases through to installation, placement, and styling.

1.0 PROJECT INITIATION
We are driven by the desire to get to know you and your home. What are the issues and constraints you are currently experiencing? What is the vision for your ideal home?
We driven to understand how you want to feel within a space. Ultimately how we feel, is then how we live. So, we will let you do most of the talking! Then we will discuss our immediate response to your space + ideas for your project. In this meeting we also unpack project budget and timings.
From here we will formulate a Fee Proposal based on your scope and issue via email in the days following
2.0 CONCEPT
This is where our imaginations fly and the fun begins!
Concept kicks off with a questionnaire specific to your scope, so we can ensure we meet all the fundamentals of your needs. We may return to site to obtain site measurements and note any existing conditions or limitations. We then translate your brief into a 'concept package'. Here, we provide visual direction for what we envision and support this with drawings, imagery and sketches where necessary.
This is presented over a 2 hour approx. Concept Presentation
3.0 DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We receive and review your feedback from the Concept Design, and further develop and refine the package including final selection and product details (sizes, stains, fabrics etc) and to ensure its sitting in alignment with your desired project budget.
It is this stage that we arrange showroom meetings for you to go and see/touch/try any of the proposed pieces before we proceed with the ordering.
4.0 ORDERING
Upon your sign-off, we obtain finalised supplier quotations. Invoices are issued for typically 50% of the Furniture Order, or for stocked items this may require payment in full.
Once funds are received, we pay out to all suppliers to swiftly get orders into production and/or secure stock.
We will run you through the 2 delivery/installation options that will best suit your project.
5.0 DESIGN MANAGEMENT
Whist you await for the anticipated arrival of your furniture pieces, we are liaising and working with suppliers in the background to monitor and co- ordinate delivery dates and details.
6.0 PROJECT COMPLETION
Installation time!! Upon delivery of all order, we can spend a day placing and styling all of your newly procured pieces in addition with your existing preloved ones. We may also co-ordinate an art hanger for the placement of art and mirrors.
Then we pop the champagne!

investment
To achieve the best results for clients we work with projects of $40,000 + gst Furniture spend and greater. We can guide you on a suitable estimated budget to achieve your desired scope and also the best approach for allocating your spend over the project.
For projects with a furniture spend of $40,000+ gst - $180,000 + gst, our Furniture Curation design fee is a 17.5% + gst of your overall spend, with all orders receiving 5% off RRP.
Projects with spends greater than $180,000 + gst the Furniture Curation fee is 15% + gst of your overall spend, with all orders receiving 10% off RRP.
This Fee includes all deliverables of stages 1.0 to 6.0 of the Design process, with exception of Shopping trips and Installation/Styling which is based on an hourly rate of $200 + gst
