Our BUILD team was engaged for the delicate restoration of this one-owner architectural holiday home in Somers. Works included internal and external alterations and repairs, extensive mould remediation, and replacement of roofing and fascias. Careful craftsmanship was used to meticulously rebuild the external decking sympathetically to the specific design and detail of the original worn decks.
“Matt was engaged to consider issues of a leaking roof and deck repair at our property in Somers. Both turned out to be major projects requiring serious mould remediation works, entire replacement of large and complex decks and significant other internal and external works.
The project took 6 months most of which was during Covid lockdown. Despite this the works proceeded smoothly with constant communication that was able to provide us with, as it turns out, well founded reassurance.
